Special discounts

We offer a range of discounts for special customer groups. Please note that if we discover any abuse of our discounts (breach in terms of service mentioned below), the customer will have their discount revoked and be invoiced for the already discounted amounts (from the start of the customer relationship) if nothing else is mentioned in the terms of service below. Repeated abuse of our discounts may in some cases also result in closing the customer account (with a future block from using discounts later), along with ongoing services connected to the account.

In short, if you're honest in your use of our discounts, you'll be just fine.

Please also note that the special discount may also be combined with other discounts available to you.

NB! Using any of these special discounts means that you as a customer will have lower priority in connection with project progress and customer support in high activity times.

Individuals

If you note in your first order that you're a private individual, we can offer you a 30% discount on all of our services, as long as the services are for personal use.

You may not use your discounted services in connection with selling goods or services, with the exception of personal single artifacts (e.g. selling old school books and other goods not mass produced by/for you).

Businesses with a low income and student businesses

We can offer businesses with an annual turnover of less than NOK 1,000,000 50% discount on all of our services. To activate this discount, your company's accountant will need to send us a summary of the last annual financial report, by e-mail if possible, to confirm the business' economic status.

Businesses that are run exclusively by students in connection with a school project will also be eligible in this grouping. Activating the discount will in this case instead require a company representative informing us of your school as well as your teacher or leader of the school subject in question, so we can contact these directly (from directory lookups) for a confirmation.

Our services may in this case be used for selling goods or services, as long as these are legal within Norwegian law.

Charitable organizations

We may also offer charitable organizations from 50% to 100% discount.

Which discount level is offered, depends on the area of activities the charity is directing its attention towards, as we prefer to focus more on charity work in local communities rather than what we might call "exported charity work".

Organizations that does charity work (without middle men) for socially disadvantaged people (of any sort) in their local community may easily achieve a 100% discount (ie. pro bono work), while organizations doing charity work in third world countries, war-ravaged regions abroad, fighting poverty outside the origanization's home country, etc. are more likely to "only" achieve a 50% discount on our services.

We allot the discount size on a case-by-case basis, so it's important to give a clear and accurate picture of your charity organization as possible in the first introductory presentation. Please include a complete overview of employed posts (employee names are not necessary; we only want to know what those who are employed are responsible for in your organization), what the charity does (its purpose), and how many volunteers (individuals or groups) who are working with your charity. If possible, do provide a short desciption of how our services fit in to your charity work. The better and accurate the whole picture of your organization is presented to us, the better we may discover how large a discount we feel we can offer your charity.

Our services may in these cases also be used for selling goods and services, but only if the proceeds of sales (the selling price, less the production and shipping costs) go in full towards the actual charity work (and not simply covering administrative costs).

In this particular grouping, we look harshly at deceptive presentations and/or ficticious organizations (including organizations that apply for our discount for charities without actually doing charity work). If this type of questionnable activity is discovered after being awarded the charity discount, we will instead charge double the undiscounted price, where half of the total charges will be donated to a random actual charity in our local area.

School classes/groups, school bands/orchestras, athletic/activity associations

We offer individual school classes and/or school activity groups/clubs run or funded primarily by the local school a 70% discount on all of our services. Discount activation requires a short statement from the teacher or group leader with a signature/stamp from the acting school headmaster.

We also offer school bands, school orchestras, athletic associations and other activity associations (with primary focus om children and youth) 50% discount on all of our services. Activating this discount requires in this case a short statement from the association's leader or primary contact person, along with the association's registry number (where applicable, for confirming the given information).

The short statement must contain the primary objective of the group/association itself, and, if possible, the original purpose of using our services (in a general direction) in connection with the group/association. The short statement doesn't need to be much longer than a few sentences, as long as the primary objective is included.

Our services can in these cases not be used for selling goods or services. The only exception made, is for school bands/orchestras and athletic/activity associations concerning auctions of donated goods/services that go in full to causes that directly focuses on children and youth programs (like the association itself) or charities.

In this grouping as well, we look harshly at ficticious associations (including organizations that apply for our discount for children and youth organizations, and that doesn't have a primary focus on children and youth programs). If this type of questionnable activity is discovered after being awarded the children/youth discount, we will instead charge double the undiscounted price, where half of the total charges will be donated to a random actual athletic/activity association with primary focus on children or youth in our local area.
