Terms of Service

By ordering any of our services, you agree to the terms of service below. These terms may be changed without prior notice. All current customers will be notified whenever changes are being made to this document.


As we'd like to distance ourselves officially from illegal and immoral activities on the Internet, we will not design or host websites that contain, provide links to or encourage the following:

• Pornography
• Violent activities
• Copyrighted material where the website owner does not have distribution rights
• Gaining unauthorized access to systems and software (including viruses, trojan horses, worms and hacking)
• Spam-related activities (harvesting e-mail addresses, sending major amounts of unsolicited e-mail, etc.)
• "Get Right Quick" schemes (chain letters, pyramid schemes, ponzi schemes, etc.)
• Identity theft

However, we may design websites and/or graphics for websites that contain or link to the above if you choose to transfer copyright of our works at the additional cost shown in the right-hand box.

Also, we may provide some of our other services related to the material listed above at an additional cost. With this additional risk cost, we will provide complete confidentiality regarding the nature of services performed, as well as materials we discover connected to you.

Violation of terms

If you are caught violating these terms of service, you will only get one - 1 - warning, as well as 48 hours from the time of the warning to remove the offensive material. If you haven't done so after the time provided, all active services with us will be terminated, and you will be forced to pay an additional charge due to possible damages and risks inflicted upon us, ie. the price for "terms of service violation" in the right-hand box. This must be paid prior to and regardless of re-activation of services or collecting existing data from our systems.

A third warning regarding the violation of these terms of service will be your final warning, even if you choose to remove the offensive material. The fourth violation will, regardless of your will to co-operate, be a final termination of all active services with us without prior notice, along with the consequenses mentioned in the above paragraph. When you have violated our services a fourth time as mentioned here, we will not add further risks in regards to your customer relationship, and you will be unwelcome as a future customer with us.

If applicable, we will notify authorities local to you, as well as your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
